RATES
$175.00
per night - $1075.00 per week
Rates based on (Double Occupancy)
2 night minimum...3 night minimum on holidays.
$10 extra per night per additional adult
$5 extra per night per child ages 3-7
Children under 3 are free
$20 extra per night per pet – Depends on breed
Plus: Taxes
Until June 1st of the current year July
is reserved for full week bookings only.
Check-in is on Fridays at 5pm and check-out the following Friday at
10am.
The
cost for extra persons does not just apply to those that sleep at the
Lodge. It is intended for the total number of persons that utilize The
Lodge the majority of your stay.

We will return your call or E-mail within 24
hours.
We can will your dates for 5 days while awaiting your deposit.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $175 deposit.
We prefer deposit in form of a check, which we will allow
5 days to receive. After that your reservation will be cancelled.
A $200.00 damage deposit is required. We
prefer you send a separate check with a self-addressed envelope
with your payment.
PAYMENT
We do accept 
If paying with credit
card you will forfeit a 5% discount that has
been built into the above rates when paid by check.
If paying by credit card we will add 5% to your total.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before the
reservation date will be refunded.
Reservations cancelled 13 days or less before the
reservation date will lose the entire deposit. (Unless we are able
to rebook the cancelled dates, in which case we will gladly refund the
entire amount.
(We have yet to retain a deposit!)
CHECK IN TIME IS 5:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00

The entire balance along with a damage deposit is
due (a minimum of 14 days before check in.
All checks can be mailed with deposit and postdated if you like.
We may not be available on site upon your departure; your damage deposit
will be mailed to you following cabin inspection.

Taxes: 4%
Inn-Keepers tax and 7% Sales tax
All rates quoted are for double occupancy
Additional people are $10.00 per day each, Plus Taxes
